I really love this application! It working great even offline in the subway. Just the graphics are a little blurry for two seconds when you enlarge the map. Other than that, no complaints! I use it all the time, Im on the go a lot and it really helps to have the subway map handy.

It looks gorgeous, and it is superior to the official map, but the app wont calculate where you need to go... its just a map!

It keeps getting better and better. 2.4 is smoother and more useful than ever, congratulations guys!

Love this app. I have I no complaints.

I visit NYC three times a year. I rely on it to guide me everywhere. The clarity of the lines and stations is fantastic. The alerts are up to date and reliable. I make sure every member of my family has the app.

Ok. About to head out for a trip to NYC and decided to make my life easier and download a subway app. Downloaded the MTA app first but it wasnt very intuitive but it was free. Decided to try this one @$2.99 b/c it was recommended. Its intuitive and I like it but first route tried from airport to hotel and airports routes are not supported. If you cant get me to NYC then how can I use your app? Doesnt make any sense, your missing the whole travel segment of the market. Duh. Otherwise seems like a good app and I may use it after I reach Soho.

Once you get the hang of it, its an awesome app for riding the NYC subways!!! I think even local New Yorkers can benefit!!

Could really only use some minor tweaks but all in all an excellent app! I saw a complaint about the airport directions, but if you look at the map, the AirTrain from JFK connects to Howard Beach (subway only lines) and Jamaica Station (subway and LIRR) and there are tons of signs explaining what to do. LaGuardia is more complicated because of the buses and no direct rail link to the airport, but similarly, there are tons of signs and information kiosks to help - so all you have to do is zoom in to see where the airport bus shuttle connection stations are and get to them. I think that the reason they left out the directions from the connecting Stations to the airports is that youd need to know which terminal your airline is located in to get specific directions, and that changes quite frequently sometimes. Personally, I dont think its enough of a reason to give the app a 1-star rating because Ive been using KickMap NYC for years now and Ive only seen the app get better and more reliable.

Best NYC Subway App! Fast, clear, easy and convenient! Been using it for over 4 years and the app just keeps getting better. Love the little extras like seeing neighborhood breakdowns and landmarks/points of interest. Keep up the awesome work!

I use it every day to see if there are delays along my way. Loads quickly and easy to work! Love it!!! If only we could look up arrival times but cant have it all with MTA system :)

Best subway map there is. The MTA should take some design tips from KickMap for their official map...

Perfect tool for getting around NYC. Constantly updated. Great job! I use it all the time!

All the subway lines are changing continously based on the time so that you dont see subway lines which are not online at that moment. For instance when you check it in the evening, you would not see Q line which is online only in daytime. Thats very convinient..!
